Death Card was created in 1982. The rules are the sames as those in "99". There are a few exceptions, however. for instance: Death card, aomeba card, reflecto card, majic johnson card, oj simpson card, aids card....

The Official Rules of Death Card

Death Card is very similar to the game '99', except that the Death Card deck has several extra cards with special powers.

Death: Kills any player instantly.
O.J.: You get to kill any two players, but you must give up all valuable cards in your hand due to wrongful death lawsuit.
Aomeba: Protection from Death or O.J.
Reflecto: Reflects Death or O.J. onto any other player.
AIDS: Must be declared as soon as it is drawn. Player with AIDS has 5 turns to live. When player dies, AIDS card passes to the player on the left.
Magic Johnson: Player with Magic Johnson card lives, but passes AIDS on to one other player who then has 5 turns to live.

Suggestions for new cards:
Ronald Regan: Player forgets how to play, puts hand face down and draws randomly from it.
Prednisone: Player gets angry, must use Death or O.J. card or die instantly.
AZT or Condom: Reflecto/protection from AIDS or Magic Johnson.
