8:00am trip start 189955 odometer, well actually we were just past Costco when
we recorded the time and milage.
8:19am Tunnel on 101 N.
It was freezing cold (not really freezing) cold on 101. We were betting it would
be burning nipple hot on I5.
8:51am Entered Santa Maria.
9:00am Karl's Jr. Breakfast Burrito. The Karl's Jr. drive through sucked. The
philipino chick named Tess that kept asking too many questions.
190033 Gary Bang!
We missed the 46 East exit. Took next exit to head back. Drove on Sprint Street
for 5 miles because it was on the other side of the highway! Damn cluster f&^%$.
190124 10:38am James Dean Cholane.
190153 11:08am Reached the I5!
190215 Foster's Freeze 11:55am. We saw C. Everett Koop and Tone blew a wad on
the ceiling. It was really cool because it hung there as a stringer for awhile
and two kids walked under it, followed
by their mother. The wad dropped a few feet behind her. It made quite the splat.
190215 12:18pm Back on I5.
190320 1:39pm 8th stree exit, Stockton. Saw burning building. Half way to Copco
Lake!
190369 2:18pm Sacramento.
190383 2:30pm Sacramento bridge.
190513 4:25pm First sighting of Mt. Shasta.
190543 5:17pm Leaving Redding.
190625 6:12pm Montague Grenada exit.
6:23pm JD takes a piss on the old shell gas station.
6:55pm Tone fingers girl on road. She waves back. We are all stunned because
they are nice looking.
